One of the most enjoyable workouts we run are small group training classes that run at our Pennant Hills Studio. These sessions are High-intensity interval training sessions (HIIT) that consist of a combination of Functional strength and cardio movements to ensure you know you’ve worked out. Definitely a value for money burn for those who want to supercharge their fat loss whilst improving overall muscle strength and tone.
These sessions run with a maximum of 4 participants, and last for 45 minutes with both warm up and cool down\stretching. The small class size make it perfect for families, friends, or even those that just want to train in a team type environment.
