Having been in the army for 10 years including deployment overseas David has experienced the dedication and commitment to the daily regime of training and discipline; an experience that few other personal trainers have encountered.
Graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness, David received the award for Institute Champion which demonstrates excellence in all areas throughout his journey in completing the Certificate III & IV in Fitness (specialising in Personal Training). A perfectionist by nature David ensures your program is personalised for you, and takes into account your work and personal commitments, what you like and what you don’t like.
In addition to completing the above qualifications David is also completed and excels at Advanced Kettle bell training and boxing so if you want results fast this is a fantastic option for you.
We run small group functional training classes with a maximum of 4 people – these are the best workout and one of our favourite. Personal training sessions are also available in our private gym by appointment.
